Zigmund Joins as Director of Construction Administrative Services

Lisa Zigmund has joined PRIME AE as Director of Construction Administrative Services in the Columbus, Ohio office. In this role, she will be responsible for administering LPA construction projects and supervising and growing PRIME AE’s ODOT Prequalified staff. She will also assist PRIME AE’s Transportation group with MOT and constructability reviews. Her expertise in the Ohio highway construction market will be a key asset to PRIME AE as the firm continues to grow its construction administration service offers.

Zigmund brings 30 years of construction administration experience to PRIME AE having worked in all levels of construction administration and inspection on projects for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) where she most recently served as the Administrator for ODOT’s Office of Materials Management. During her time at ODOT, she administered a nearly $500 million Highway Construction Program serving eight counties in Central Ohio and established ODOT’s Congestion Workplan implementing a million dollars of “short term, low cost” safety improvements.

Zigmund is a professional engineer licensed in Ohio and has earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Business Management Option from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio.
