We are thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotions of two exceptional individuals within our organization. Please join us in congratulating Rad Delaney on being promoted to Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Architecture and Giles Yokel on becoming Vice President of Southeast Architecture. While they primarily serve Federal agencies such as NAVFAC, USACE, and various other DoD entities at the installation and customer levels, in addition to non-federal clients, they also focus on both business development and operations for architecture in the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast as well as Federal clients nationwide.
Rad joined PRIME AE in 2017, bringing a wealth of experience as an Architect and Project Manager along with an impressive track record of over 40 years in various design and construction delivery methodologies. Rad’s expertise spans different project types, including a strong emphasis on Department of Defense projects and design-build approaches. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed projects of all sizes and types, earning him a reputation as a highly skilled professional. Rad is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). His dedication and exceptional service have earned him the distinction of being a SAME Fellow, a prestigious recognition for members who have made outstanding contributions to the Society, military engineering, and the A/E/C profession. Rad’s experience and leadership have also been recognized on a national level, as he recently completed a successful two-year term as the SAME National Vice President and will continue to serve on the National Board. He is also a board member with the Baltimore Post and a past board member of the Philadelphia Post.
Giles joined the PRIME AE team when Gulf Coast Architectural Group was acquired in 2013. As a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional, he offers over 20 years of experience working with a diverse range of private and public sector clients. Known for his expertise in green building practices, Giles has been a key leader in PRIME AE’s efforts towards sustainable design and construction. Furthermore, his effective leadership in supporting NAVFAC SE has led to a long-term, multi-contract partnership that has empowered our company to extend our services to other NAVFAC regions. Giles is a member of the Emerald Coast Post with SAME.
