Stormwater Best Management Practices

PRIME AE is performing tri-annual BMP stormwater management structure inspections (including below grade confined spaces) to verify and determine existing conditions, to evaluate functionality, and to verify that water quality treatment is maintained. PRIME AE will then recommend actions to be taken to address any maintenance needs.

PRIME AE performs these inspections to assist in the determination of risk for prioritization for improvement (emergency, non-emergency, design/survey required). The services provided include inspection, design and review services, asset protection program support, project management, and permit compliance along with on-site support.

Processes have been created for natural resource impacts, related permits/approvals needed, access, right of way, MOT, and utilities as required. Other tasks include preparing assessment reports, documenting deficiencies, and MS4 Annual Reporting.
