The Pablo Creek Reserve is an exclusive, gated residential community in Jacksonville, Florida. The architecturally diverse homes reside on oversized lots set amid wooded reserve areas, tree-lined streets, winding lakes, serene parkland, and a charming network of trails and walkways. The spacious development is designed to give residents the experience of living in a natural sanctuary while still providing easy access to the beaches, shopping, and entertainment of Jacksonville.
The PARC Group, developers of the Pablo Creek Reserve, engaged current members of the PRIME AE team to create the sanctuary-like woodland theme for the 4.5-acre Central Park around which the community is built. In support of this vision, we prepared a detailed master plan, which included an arrival sequence that cultivated the natural theme. The careful sitting and orientation of streets, lakes, and homesites ensured all homesites were fronting lakes or natural conservation lands, adding to the sense of living within a peaceful natural setting.
Our team also paid particular attention to the architectural design of the entry gatehouse and park pavilion, as well as the landscape architectural detailing of outdoor spaces, crossings, signage, and plantings. The community’s open space is characterized by its structured informality, suggestive of the English landscape garden style. PRIME AE’s meticulous landscape design and planning services contributed to the elegant environment Pablo Creek Reserve’s residents enjoy.
