Hyatt House

Hospitality Expands in Noah Hills

In the upscale district of North Hills East, Raleigh, NC, stands the Hyatt House hotel.  Originally conceptualized as a Hyatt Summerfield Suite, this hybrid project underwent a transformation into a Hyatt House during its construction phase, seamlessly blending elements from both brands into its design.

The site’s topography posed significant challenges, necessitating floor elevation adjustments to adapt to its variations. Embracing an open concept, the first floor was meticulously crafted to house a front desk, expansive market, inviting lounge, vibrant bar, buffet area, and a billiards room. Adding to the allure, the first floor also features a fitness center and two versatile meeting rooms. Stepping outside, guests are greeted by an outdoor oasis—a sprawling space featuring a sizable pool, a captivating water feature, a cozy fire pit, and a patio adorned with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
