Braun & Steidl Architects provided full Architectural and Interior Design services for this six-story, 125-room hotel located in Beachwood, Ohio east of downtown Cleveland. The building design was based on a modified prototypical layout to meet the site constraints. In addition to a spacious lobby with a double sided fi replace and 19-foot high ceilings, the layout included a large indoor swimming pool adjacent to the fitness center and a large meeting room.
A custom interior design package was created for all of the guestrooms suites and public areas. The lobby décor has rich warm wood tones that is carried throughout the hotel. The dining area and buffet have a residential quality.
The guestroom color scheme developed from a tailored stripe carpet with copper, gold and green tones. This subtle blend of colors created a relaxing environment for an inviting stay.
