Update to the City's Enterprise Geodatabase
GIS Data Update and Infrastructure Upgrade
PRIME AE updated the City’s enterprise geodatabase with historic 2016 to 2018 parcel data using the assessor department’s paper markup documents. The parcel layer update was the first phase, then the data was QA/QC’d, and edited to ensure accuracy. Phase two entailed updating the zoning layer to reflect categories of use, tied to the appropriate zoning code. Phase three added the most recent HillShade, contours, and floodplain data.
The website is a public portal where citizens can query parcel information. The parcel layer is updated to use on a web map. Each parcel can be opened to receive more detailed information.
