This network of parks, plazas, open spaces, and corridors forms a remarkable public infrastructure, transforming the traditional concept of a “town center.”
At the core of our approach lies a set of key objectives for the greenway space. Recognizing the significance of Durbin Creek as a natural asset, our team expertly incorporated its features into the design. We devised a branded pedestrian network to promote walkability and employed strategic grading and landscaping techniques to enhance the overall pedestrian experience. Additionally, our innovative earthwork system was carefully created to efficiently manage stormwater, reducing the need for excessive infrastructure and maximizing infiltration capabilities.
