PRIME AE has provided a multitude of engineering services for this public infrastructure project, including construction plans and scope document review while serving as the design engineer and owner’s representative during construction. Additionally, since this project depends on new water infrastructure as part of the design plan, our team also evaluated the drainage areas and the developers’ grading plan to determine the tributary areas and planned runoff for the new stormwater system designed for Champion Boulevard. The infrastructure is made up of over 5,000 feet of new water lines and sewer rehabilitation along with 300 feet of new sewer.
This will be a true economic revival for this direct neighborhood for years to come.
