Recognized as a leader in providing a system of world-class rehabilitation solutions, advancing the health and well-being of their communities, the Brooks Rehabilitation Health Park is a 120-acre medical mixed-use campus in northeastern Florida. Bartram Park allows more patients in need to be treated through specialty services while also achieving their highest level of recovery through a continuum of medical care.
Our team led the efforts in creating a flexible master plan for the project, including developing goals and objectives, internal site selection, building and facilities programming, case study development, master planning, and initial infrastructure cost analysis for a facility that offers exceptional care to patients who are recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, transplants, or other disabling illnesses. We were also involved in permitting, design, and site planning for the site-specific improvements, including master infrastructure and the first phase of development for the nursing, memory care, assisted living facility with a unique fitness trail amenity. This facility is already attracting clinical experts who truly care about fostering a culture of teamwork and compassion to the area.
