The Advanced Technology Training Center (ATTC) at Cuyahoga Community College aims to equip students with necessary education, hands-on training, and employment preparation skills for well-paying jobs in high-tech industries. By integrating workforce education with the latest technology, the ATTC, along with other college facilities, forms Ohio’s largest technology training complex.
PRIME AE played a key role in the design and development of the ATTC. Our team actively participated in site selection and ultimately recommended the ideal location for constructing the building. The chosen site not only influenced the building’s overall form, but also provided valuable opportunities for sustainable building and site design. Furthermore, we collaborated on developing the building program and assisted in defining the potential curriculum, taking into account regional needs and emerging technology trends.
The learning facility features versatile high bay spaces, classrooms, and administrative areas for essential workforce development programs. As a result of PRIME AE’s work, the ATTC building achieved a LEED Gold certification, reflecting its sustainable design concepts that are in line with the curriculum offered within the facility.
