The unique pie-shaped lot and diverse urban context presented challenges that were skillfully addressed. The building features flexible and open office areas on both levels, fostering collaboration and adaptability. Positioned near the front door is a large conference area, designed to facilitate productive discussions. Additional private office areas are recessed into the brick masonry section of the building while more public functions are strategically positioned along the curtainwall side.
