Zabinski Joins PRIME AE’s Construction Services Team

Patricia Zabinski has joined PRIME AE as Director of Construction Services. She will leverage her knowledge of Pennsylvania’s horizontal construction market to manage and grow PRIME AE’s northern Construction Services operations.

Zabinski brings 11 years of AEC industry-related experience to PRIME AE having worked in all levels of construction management and inspection on projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. She has developed the ability and versatility to meet her clients’ needs in an effective and timely manner.
