PRIME Welcomes Taylor

William “Bill” Taylor, PE, PMP, has joined PRIME as the Vice President of Water Resources. Working out of the Fairfax, Virginia office, Taylor brings more than 27 years of experience in civil engineering and program and construction management with key roles in over $18 billion in planned and constructed large civil and infrastructure assets.

Taylor’s experience in public and private sector civil infrastructure includes tunnels, large-diameter pipelines, major pump stations, potable and reclaimed water distribution systems, wastewater conveyance systems, reservoirs, dams, hydropower facilities, hazardous waste remediation, and solid waste management facilities. He has directed many key programs and projects including the CSO Program (M-Street project: CSO diversion structures, consolidation tunnel, and water/sewer pipeline rehabilitation), Washington, DC; Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Program (conveyance, treatment, and storage), Genesee County, NY; and Everglades Restoration Program (project portfolio: pump stations, conveyance canals, dams, reservoirs, and levees), Okeechobee, FL.

Taylor is a professional engineer licensed in four states including Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is a Project Management Professional and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Clarkston University in New York.
