Mitchell Joins as PRIME AE’s A&E Senior VP

PRIME AE is pleased to announce that Dana Mitchell, RA has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of PRIME AE’s Architecture and Engineering Practice. In this role, he will be responsible for the overall success of the practice, which includes architecture, interior design, roof and envelope consulting, and building engineering services. His expertise in planning and strategic growth will be a key asset to PRIME AE as the firm continues to expand its service offerings and geographic reach.

Mitchell brings 27 years of executive management and design experience. As an architect, he has served as project principal, project manager, and project architect for diverse project types of varying complexity located throughout the U.S. His management experience spans the architecture/engineering, water resources, environmental, transportation, and construction services sectors.

Mitchell comes to PRIME AE after serving as practice principal with a large architecture/engineering firm in the MW area. His focus included operations and development of key business strategic growth areas in healthcare, higher education, federal, professional and collegiate sports, and corporate/commercial markets.

Mitchell is a registered architect licensed in Ohio, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. He earned his Master’s and Bachelor of Science in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Kent State board member.
