PRIME AE is proud to announce that we were presented with a Leadership in Diversity award through the annual Greater Baltimore Committee’s Bridging the Gap Awards program. Hosted on Thursday, November 17th at the Calvin and Tina Tyler Ballroom at Morgan State University, 19 businesses and executives were named in five categories: Successful Minority- or Women-Owned Business, Diversity in Leadership, Innovative Partnership or Strategic Alliance, Community Impact, and Mentorship.
The Bridging the Gap initiative is dedicated to evolving the business culture of Greater Baltimore and Maryland by developing and fostering relationships between majority, minority, and women-owned businesses. In addition to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all organizations, the Bridging the Gap initiative provides targeted support and programming to help minority and women-owned businesses in Greater Baltimore succeed and grow.
