PRIME AE Welcomes Sargent to its Mid-Atlantic Construction Management Practice

Keith Sargent, PE, PMP has joined PRIME AE as the Vice President of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic Construction Management/Construction Inspection practice. Based out of Baltimore, he is responsible for guiding the firm’s construction management and inspection business strategy and growth in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and DC.

In his role with PRIME AE, Sargent will leverage his expertise of nearly 20 years of infrastructure construction and design experience to successfully deliver projects in bridge, highway, water/wastewater treatment, commercial building, industrial, municipal, and utility development.

Sargent’s key projects include performing contract management and oversight of various CMCI contracts throughout the state of Maryland with MDOT State Highway Administration and the Maryland Transportation Authority; Construction Project Supervisor duties of the Baltimore City Department of Transportation’s Harford Road Bridge over Herring Run project; and various bridge constructability reviews for the Maryland Transportation Authority and City of Baltimore.

Sargent is a professional engineer licensed in Maryland and Illinois and is a certified Project Management Professional. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is an active member of the Maryland Transportation Builders and Materials Association (MTBMA).
