PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), an award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction management firm, has announced the hiring of Sam Minnitte as Senior Vice President—National Transportation. Sam will have immediate responsibility for the maintenance, development, and growth of PRIME AE’s national transportation practice.
Sam has over thirty-five years of progressive and responsible experience in public policy in local, state, and the private sectors specializing in transportation, land use, real estate, and economic development. This experience includes directing all aspects of transportation planning, policy, and program management, as well as leading agencies and offices or profit center operations, for both government and private sector clients. Sam’s progressive management and leadership responsibilities have been focused on team building, business development, strategic proposal pursuits, program development, and financial management.

Sam holds a Master of Administration degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Vincent College. He currently serves as Chair of ACEC/MD’s Transportation Partnership Committee, as a board member for the BWI Business Partnership (Past Chair) and BWI Business Partnership Foundation. Sam is also a past President and Board member of the Arundel Community Development Corporation, Urban Land Institute, and the BWI Business Development Council.
