Rebecca brings over 25 years of HR experience spanning multiple industries, including telecommunications, aerospace, manufacturing, and cloud technology, where she’s supported engineering and technical professionals across the globe. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University. Throughout her career, she’s played a key role in 21 successful acquisitions, helping organizations integrate people, cultures, and processes with care and creativity. She’s also known for her ability to find cost-saving solutions that benefit both employees and the organization: a true win-win approach that reflects her innovative mindset and people-first leadership style.
Rebecca’s career path has touched nearly every element—air, water, fire, and cloud—and now, as she joins PRIME AE, she’s excited to add land to the mix. With our work spanning transportation, land, and A&E, Rebecca jokes that she’s finally completed her “elements collection” by joining a firm that quite literally shapes the built environment. She’s deeply passionate about helping others grow in their careers and is eager to get to know PRIME AE’s talented team members and support their professional development.
Rebecca describes her leadership style as approachable and grounded. After 25 years in HR, she’s learned that nothing really shocks her anymore and that challenges are best faced calmly and with perspective. Her philosophy is simple: no matter what comes our way, we’ll get through it together.
