PRIME AE is excited to announce the addition of Lisa Brandon, PE to the Federal Programs team! As Vice President – Federal Programs, Lisa will join Ed Chamberlayne in continuing to serve our existing federal clients and grow our portfolio of clients, services, and offerings to both the DoD and civilian federal agencies. Lisa brings a rich engineering and business development background and is excited to be joining PRIME AE at a time of significant growth and opportunity.
Lisa is a licensed Professional Engineer who has spent her entire career in the AEC industry. Early on, she worked on nuclear power and environmental projects, then advanced into line management, leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams and taking on federal project and program management. Guided by mentors, she eventually expanded into business development, where she discovered a passion for helping government clients solve complex problems and grow their capabilities.
One of the most formative and proud moments of Lisa’s career came during Hurricane Katrina. With only hours of notice, she flew to Louisiana to lead the creation of a multifunctional engineering team, comprising of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical engineers, to address urgent recovery needs. Working in the midst of tragedy, alongside colleagues and residents facing personal loss, reinforced for her the power of collaboration, creativity, and engineering ingenuity.
Lisa is eager to help expand PRIME AE’s federal business development efforts and to contribute to our mission of making everything around us better. Her combination of deep technical expertise, client-focused mindset, and enthusiasm for growth makes her an outstanding addition to the team.
