PRIME AE is excited to welcome Jason Rowley, P.E. as our new Vice President of Transportation in Indiana.
Jason brings nearly three decades of experience leading complex transportation and infrastructure programs across Indiana and the Midwest. A seasoned transportation leader and infrastructure strategist, he has successfully managed projects ranging from focused traffic studies to corridor improvements exceeding $600 million. His leadership has supported dozens of INDOT initiatives, major interstate reconstructions, bridge programs, and rail developments that move communities forward.
With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and professional licensure in Indiana, Jason combines deep technical expertise with a forward-looking vision for the state’s continued growth. He is known for aligning multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong agency partnerships, and delivering high-value programs that create lasting impact.
Jason is deeply invested in Indiana’s future. His involvement with the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, ACEC Indiana, and local youth programs reflects his commitment to developing both infrastructure and people. He brings an optimistic, growth-oriented mindset to every challenge, whether mentoring staff, advancing innovative transportation solutions, or strengthening client relationships.
Outside of work, Jason’s greatest pride is his family. He and his wife of 20 years enjoy cheering on their 17-year-old son as he prepares to graduate this May. Much of their free time is spent together, often with their golden retriever close by. The Rowley family also enjoys traveling, especially to the Caribbean and to visit extended family in El Salvador and Guatemala.
We are thrilled to have Jason’s leadership, experience, and passion on our team as we continue making everything around us better.
