PRIME AE is proud to announce our expansion into South Carolina with the addition of Craig Miller as Director of Business Development for our Land Business Line. Craig’s leadership is a key step in strengthening connections between our southern and northern offices as we continue building a presence along the east coast.
Craig Miller has more than 18 years in water and wastewater operations, municipal partnerships, and infrastructure development. His previous experience includes Water Operations Manager at the Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority, where he oversaw critical utility operations and built strong relationships across the community, and General Manager of the Martin County Water and Sewer Authority in Martin County, Kentucky where he worked to obtain over $25 million in funding while working towards stabilizing a deficient utility. Additionally, Craig has an extensive background working in operations, utility and project management throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
Craig holds a BS in Public Administration from Liberty University and Class IV Water Treatment and Water Distributions certifications in Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina as well as a Class III Water Supply in Ohio.
“I am excited to be a part of a great organization of talented and passionate professionals that work tirelessly to make everything around us better. Craig’s arrival aligns with PRIME AE’s recent success in securing a new $99 million Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract through our IMEG-PRIME JV with the USACE Charleston District.
