PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), an award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction management firm, has promoted Ron Ladyka to Vice President of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey Transportation. Ladyka joined PRIME AE in 2018 leading Pennsylvania’s Operations primarily focusing on the transportation market.
In his new role, Ladyka will continue driving Pennsylvania’s strategic growth while he spearheads PRIME AE’s geographic footprint into new markets in both New York and New Jersey. He will provide strategic and managerial leadership as he develops partnerships with new clients and oversees operations within the three states.

Ladyka brings over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry leading significant pursuits in the management of large and complex bridge projects for state and local governments.
Ladyka holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and Natural Science and Pre-Engineering from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and actively involved in ACEC Pennsylvania.
