PRIME AE Celebrates Multiple Promotions

PRIME AE is pleased to announce the promotion of several key team members in the transportation business line.

Kurt Miller, located in our Baltimore office, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Central Transportation. He has over 30 years of progressive transportation experience, specializing in coordinating a multi-discipline design team throughout the development of preliminary and final design contract documents on projects. Kurt joined PRIME AE in 2015 and has had a tremendous impact in our Maryland transportation operation during this time. He has an innate passion for highway planning, design, and construction management and is well-respected by our clients.

Ron Ladyka, located in our Harrisburg office, was promoted to Vice President, Northeast Transportation. He has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, leading significant pursuits for various county, state, and federal agencies. Since 2018, he has driven PRIME AE’s strategic growth in the Northeast while spearheading our geographic footprint. Ron is known for his organizational leadership as he demonstrates professionalism, respect, and enthusiasm; always working towards learning more about the business as he develops partnerships with clients and oversees operations within new markets.

Both Kurt and Ron are experienced leaders who have successful track records with PRIME AE. They will focus on regional sales to assist our state transportation operations with client relationships, contract positioning, business operations, and winning pursuits.

Jack Branyan, located in our Baltimore office, was promoted to Vice President, National Bridge Inspection. He has over 20 years of experience as a highway/bridge engineer, specializing in bridge inspection and analysis, public and private construction inspection, highway design and rehabilitation, and traffic accident reconstruction. Since 2009, Jack has worked of many of our prominent projects and has served as an integral part in all PRIME AE’s bridge inspection efforts.
