P&L Systems, a Surveying and Civil Engineering Firm, Joins PRIME AE

PRIME AE announces the acquisition of P&L Systems, Inc. (P&L), a Westerville, Ohio-based surveying and private sector civil engineering firm. The acquisition presents an opportunity for PRIME AE to advance its mission while creating significant value for our clients.

The new surveying and civil engineering arm of PRIME AE will be led by Thomas Rybski, PS, former President of P&L Systems, Inc., based out of PRIME AE’s Columbus, Ohio office. For 35 years, Rybski served as President of P&L Systems where he oversaw the firm’s planning, design, development, and survey services.

The addition of survey and civil engineering services supports PRIME AE’s growth strategy of building a reputable presence in the markets in which we serve. The expansion of our service capabilities will enhance cross-selling to our clients and increase our competitive differentiators, particularly for clients who favor a one-stop-shop firm.

Since its inception in 1971, P&L has been providing civil engineering, surveying, and environmental consulting and engineering services to clients throughout Ohio and Midwest states. Their talented professionals include registered engineers and surveyors, environmental specialists, and land planners.
