PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), an Engineering News-Record Top 500 design firm, announces the appointment of Chae Min as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her role, she will oversee the company’s finance team as well as management of cash flow, financial planning, equity activities, and profitability.
Min brings to PRIME AE more than 32 years of cross-industry finance experience in the areas of day-to-day financial and operational management, strategic financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, price to win strategy, company integration and consolidation, joint venture, cash management, and accounting and financial systems migrations and conversions.
“We are elated that Chae has chosen to join our rapidly growing team,” says Kumar Buvanendaran, CEO of PRIME AE. “Chae will help us continue to achieve our financial metrics and accelerate the strategic growth of the firm.”
Min succeeds Anton Rasiah who served as PRIME AE’s CFO for nine years. Rasiah will remain with PRIME AE through the end of April 2020, aiding in the transition to Min before moving ahead to his next challenge.
“I am grateful for Anton’s service to PRIME AE and the impact he’s had on the firm. He was instrumental in our growth including his direct involvement in recent mergers and acquisitions. Anton has been a pleasure to work with and for that, we thank him,” says Buvanendaran.
Min is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
