Maher Strengthens PRIME AE’s Pennsylvania Water Operations

Charles Maher, PE, joins PRIME AE as Director of Water/Wastewater in the firm’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. Maher brings 21 years of experience in planning, design, and management of water and wastewater projects to PRIME AE’s Water practice.

Maher has worked with numerous water and wastewater clients throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and Virginia to develop and implement their projects to solve water, wastewater, and stormwater problems. Examples of his work include the Construction Management of Water Treatment Systems for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation; Rising Main Preliminary Design for the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority; and the design of Wastewater Treatment Plant Modifications for the Millersburg Area Authority in Millersburg, Pennsylvania.

Maher holds a Master of Science degree in environmental engineering from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
