Livengood and Thomas Join the Pittsburgh Team

April 2020 | PRIME

PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE) expands its Pittsburgh bridge engineering team with the addition of Scott Livengood, PE, and Luke Thomas, EIT! The recent acceleration of growth for PRIME AE speaks to the significant market opportunities and demand for quality engineering in Pennsylvania’s mid-west region.

Doug Smith, PE, Vice President of Pennsylvania Transportation operations, is guiding the business strategy of PRIME AE’s western Pennsylvania operations. In conjunction with Smith, both Livengood and Thomas will be working to expand PRIME AE’s presence and influence in the area. They will primarily focus on design services, along with growing bridge engineering in the Harrisburg and Pittsburgh areas, while also engaging in both structural engineering and business development efforts for transportation-related projects.

“It is great to have this level of experience in our Pittsburgh office – Scott and Luke both have surprisingly strong experience in complex bridge projects,” said Doug. “Pulling on their expertise and passion, Scott and Luke will greatly contribute to the growth of PRIME AE’s footprint in the region.”
