Kisiel joined PRIME AE in 2017 and has continually taken on more responsibility in his time at the firm and has shown exceptional technical skills and leadership. In his new role, Kisiel will manage the roadway design efforts and staff in all PRIME AE’s Ohio offices; this will include design-build and design-bid-build projects. He will be responsible for marketing efforts, both local and statewide, related to roadway design throughout Ohio, and will assist in coordinating roadway design work among the Midwest offices.
Kisiel has 18 years of transportation engineering experience providing professional roadway engineering and design services for large-scale ODOT projects, limited access facilities, and LPA designs using ODOT criteria. A sampling of his experience includes the City of Marion, OH Park Street Sewer Improvements and Street Reconstruction; City of Akron SUM Main Street Corridor & State Street Bridge; and several roadway and bridge design projects throughout many of ODOT’s districts.
“Ed’s experience in transportation engineering coupled with his ability to connect one-on-one with staff and his clients provides a value to both PRIME AE and his new leadership role,” said Chris Jackman, PRIME AE’s Director of Ohio Transportation. “He is the consummate professional and dedicated to advancing the transportation industry through thoughtful client-centered design that positively impacts our communities.”
