On Wednesday, December 6th, Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake’s Chief Executive Officer Mike Posko and Director of Donor Relations Michael Garcia, were welcomed to PRIME AE’s Baltimore office for a momentous occasion.

Chairman Kumar Buvanendaran, accompanied by members the dedicated PRIME AE team, presented Habitat with a generous donation of $70,000, surpassing last year’s contribution by nearly $6,000. This marks the third consecutive year of PRIME AE rallying its employees to donate accrued paid time off (PTO) to a collective pool, amplifying support for charitable causes. The company’s 100% matching donation underscores their dedication to making a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.

Habitat Chesapeake’s CEO Mike Posko said, “We are extremely grateful for the support and partnership for the past three years. PRIME AE’s Team Builds during the year have been well participated in and enjoyed by everyone. Moreover, their novel philanthropy model of using donated employee PTO matched by the company has engaged everyone in the spirit of collaboration to promote affordable homeownership opportunities for individuals and families in the region.”

This contribution aligns with PRIME AE’s ongoing commitment to hands-on volunteering. Many team members engage throughout the year with their local Habitat chapters, participating in events such as the Veterans Day Build and Rock the Block.

The collaboration between PRIME AE and Habitat for Humanity continues to grow, fostering impactful initiatives and a shared vision of community betterment. Through financial generosity and active participation, PRIME AE remains steadfast in its dedication to making a lasting difference in the lives of others.
