A strong master plan meets the needs of today, anticipates future infrastructure and facility requirements, and positions for long-term development. It requires thoughtfulness, expertise, and attention to detail. PRIME AE is widely experienced with federal planning charrettes and facilitation, as well as area and installation development plans.
Our master planning services are extensive, including basic facility requirements (BFR), military master and facility planning, asset evaluation, campus planning, capital improvements planning (CIPs), land-use feasibility, site planning, sustainability, digital facility inventory and database, joint land use studies (JLUS), local government interface, historic area studies, maintenance and life-cycle evaluations, regulatory planning, zoning and analysis, and NEPA.
