From new construction to historic facilities over 150 years old, our staff are skilled in identifying moisture and thermal issues affecting building enclosures. With hundreds of facilities inspected, we are roof and building envelope experts.

PRIME AE has three RCI-Registered Roof Consultants, a Roof Asset Manager, and a Registered Exterior Wall Consultant, along with Registered Roof Observers, Registered Architects, Professional Engineers, and LEED® specialists on staff to manage projects from beginning to end. The staff of PRIME AE has specialized knowledge and experience related to facility envelopes including the roof, walls, fenestrations, and below-grade waterproofing. This experience includes field investigations and studies with and without selective demolition, peer reviews of proposed design and construction, design of new and repair projects, and expert testimony.
