Quarterly Town Halls
In the age of hybrid workplaces, companies are always looking for ways to keep their geographically dispersed employees engaged and in the know. With offices across the Eastern seaboard, one of the ways that PRIME AE has addressed this has been to host Company Town Hall meetings three times a year. We’ve found that this has been a powerful channel to open the lines of communication within the company and share exciting updates on initiatives along with celebrating several achievements and successes.
