Butziger Joined PRIME AE as Chief People Officer

PRIME AE Group, Inc. (PRIME AE), an Engineering News-Record Top 500 design firm, today announced the appointment of Pamela (Pam) Butziger as the company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO). In her role, she is overseeing human resources (HR), recruitment, leadership development, employee training and engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, as well as compliance in federal, state, and local human resources law.

Keeping the human-side of business in focus during all her business activities, Butziger translates business vision into human capital initiatives that directly supports organizational goals. With 20 years in HR, Butziger’s passion for supporting employee relations is seen in the results of her high-level work with: employee development; talent acquisitions; HR policy, process, and systems; mergers and acquisitions, change management; and organizational leadership.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University. Butziger is a two-time 2019 OnCon ICON award finalist for HR Leadership and HR Ripple Effect.
