Shaun has 18 years of experience in the master planning field. His background in the field of federal master planning is very diverse. Over the years, Shaun has served as project manager on many Facility Master Plans, MILCON DD1391 projects, Asset Evaluation (AE) and Basic Facility Requirements (BFR) projects with multiple agencies including USACE, NAVFAC, and the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS). His tenure as a military master planner includes managing a wide range of military planning projects with a planning MILCON budget of over $500 million. Shaun brings with him expertise in facility and master planning services for the federal government and has over 20,000 hours of managing task orders for the federal government.
At PRIME AE Shaun serves as a mentor and subject matter expert on virtually all aspects of federal DoD planning. He has developed several in-house training tutorials that have been effective in keeping the staff well versed in the field of federal planning. Additionally, Shaun actively guides his Project Managers, drawing on his years of experience of managing similar projects for the federal project.
