With extensive experience in the design, analysis, inspection, and non-destructive testing of bridges for various county, state, and federal agencies, Ron leads significant pursuits in the management of large and complex bridge inspection contracts for PennDOT.

Ladyka will drive Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey’s strategic growth. He will provide strategic and managerial leadership as he develops partnerships with new clients and oversees operations within the three states.
