With decades of progressive multi-modal transportation experience, Kurt has gained a thorough understanding of the project delivery process and has managed a multi-disciplined team of engineers, scientists, and architects to deliver highway, transit, and safety projects for new construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation. He leads and manages multiple contracts for state DOTs and municipalities
His dedication to improving public infrastructure and exceeding client expectations have resulted in several projects receiving industry project awards from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers, Maryland Quality Initiative, and the County Engineers Association of Maryland.
