Jack leads the PRIME AE team of NBIS-certified inspectors in performing safety inspections of our nation’s highway, railroad, and pedestrian bridges, culverts, tunnels, and ancillary structures for various state and local transportation agencies and authorities, as well as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy.
He is a licensed professional engineer in 13 states and the District of Columbia and is an experienced highway/bridge engineer specializing in bridge safety inspection and load rating analysis, public and private construction inspection, highway design and rehabilitation, and traffic accident reconstruction. He has overseen more than 8,000 bridge, culvert, tunnel, and ancillary structure inspections during his career, and has personally inspected more than 950 structures.
