David brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in the AEC industry. His expertise spans global mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementation, financial system strategy, and organizational performance improvement.
David is also deeply involved in advancing the AEC industry. He founded an AE-focused consulting firm and the AE CFO Institute, developing a vast library of financial models, training materials, and collaboration tools for CFOs. He is an active member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Finance Forum Planning Committee, serving from 2021–2024, and has been moderating AI-focused panels at industry conferences in 2024 and 2025. He regularly presents on aligning financial strategy, structure, and metrics for long-term success.
