Caitlin Breland is a licensed Professional Engineer and seasoned transportation leader with over 15 years of experience delivering innovative infrastructure solutions across Florida. As Vice President at PRIME AE Group, she leads strategic transportation initiatives, fosters cross-office collaboration, and drives operational excellence throughout the Southeast region.
Caitlin’s career spans both public and private sectors, with a strong portfolio of successful projects for FDOT Districts 2 and 5, the City of Jacksonville, and numerous municipalities. Her expertise includes roadway design, design-build delivery, project management, and business development.
A passionate advocate for the engineering profession, Caitlin was recently named Engineer of the Year for Northeast Florida Engineers Week after previously being recognized as the organization’s Young Engineer of the Year. She is also a graduate of the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute (Class of 2024). Caitlin has held leadership roles in the Florida Engineering Society, ASCE, and ASHE and is known for her commitment to mentorship, innovation, and community engagement.
