PRIME’s Structural Engineer evaluated the existing first floor of the laundry facility (Building #25) for the productive storage/assembly line facility. The existing laundry facility is a single-story reinforced concrete structure.

PRIME reviewed as-built drawings and analyzed the existing structural elements for available live load carrying capacity and compared the result with the stress from the 9 kips of loaded forklift live load loading.

PRIME prepared a report that summarized load-rating analysis for the existing floor and loading dock, study findings, design recommendations, and estimated cost.
