PRIME AE Group’s senior living projects focus on Person-Centered or Person-Directed Care. This approach to senior housing and long-term health care honors and respects the voice of elders and those working closest with them. It involves a continuing process of listening, trying new things, seeing how they work, and changing things in an effort to individualize and de-institutionalize the long-term health care environment. We have designed independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and community center facilities specifically for seniors.

PRIME AE Group‘s talented civil and structural engineers provide services for facility and infrastructure design, facility assessments and inspections. Our team has provided these services for federal, state and local clients, corporations, universities, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.
Our team is experienced with site development, foundation system design, roofs and roofing systems, building structural analysis and rehabilitation, anti-terrorism and force protection requirements, blast resistance, and forensic design. We have designed roadways, utilities and drainage for both vertical and horizontal projects.

PRIME AE Group offers a full range of roof and envelope consulting services. Our unique team includes two Registered Roof Consultants, a Registered Roof Observer, architects, engineers and LEED specialists. The firm’s in-depth knowledge of wind loading and uplift issues, forensics, roof system performance and options, warranties, codes and industry standards helps ensure successful project outcomes.
Since PRIME AE Group is not affiliated with any specific manufacturer or product, we provide an independent assessment of roof and envelope conditions and ensure that the best combination of solutions is proposed. We have experience in a variety of commercial steep and low slope roof assemblies. We can assist in roof asset management for short term and long term repairs.
The roof and envelope professionals at PRIME AE Group have completed over 250 projects for public and private sector clients in the last 10 years. PRIME AE Group offers mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) expertise to the public, private, and military sectors. The MEP team is led by a department head with 35 years of experience. They have completed nearly 1,000 projects and are capable of handling projects of any size. They provide engineering design services, construction administration , life cycle cost analysis, condition assessments, building envelope review and studies, sustainable design using LEED and Green Globe, Epact 2005 and EISA 007 compliance evaluations on a wide variety of buildings and systems. The team utilizes Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP for BIM and 3D Design as well as Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and 3D Design Reviews.
