Wright-Patterson Air Force Base - Dayton, Ohio
PRIME prepared construction documents for the replacement of this 570-lineal-foot section of severely corroded 10-inch diameter water supply piping in Buildings 18C and 18E at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) in Dayton, Ohio.
This waterline services one of the
jet propulsion laboratories at WPAFB. The design was prepared in a manner that minimized shut-down of the waterline because, due to research mission requirements, the facility’s using agency could not tolerate outage of the waterline for an extended period of time.
PRIME completed the preliminary design level (35%), intermediate design level (65%),
and final design documents ahead of schedule.
