PRIME was assigned roadway design for portions of this 7.2-mile-long, six-lane highway just north of Washington, D.C. ICC is a major new toll road project that will connect the northwestern suburbs of Washington near Gaithersburg, Maryland to I-95 and US 1 to the northeastern suburbs of Washington near Laurel, Maryland.
