PRIME received a task order under its Nationwide Indefinite Delivery Contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, to
conduct Full Facility Restoration Technical Assessments at seven U.S. Army Reserve Centers at sites
in the states of California, Connecticut, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin. The purpose of the project was to evaluate the current conditions and usability of each facility and establish any future construction needs.
The evaluation
consisted of a physical inspection of all site features including roads, parking, curbs and gutters, walks, exterior accessibility, signage, and fencing as well as underground site utilities such as water, stormwater, sanitary, and natural gas supply systems. The buildings were also subject to a physical inspection of all exterior and interior environment features. Exterior features evaluated included roofs, windows, settlement or cracks in masonry, foundations, and structural system. Interior features included doors, window treatments, interior finishes, and signage. After the evaluation was completed, a detailed report was produced that contained an executive summary, facility assessment, and recommendations for the site and each building evaluated as well as necessary appendices.
