PRIME managed the design of the addition and renovation for the existing building. The work included review of existing conditions (utility, structural, and environmental) in preparation for the new layout and addition, upgrading all building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire protection), the addition of an elevator, and other related ADA upgrades to make the building handicapped accessible.

This project will be designed to meet sustainable building practices using the USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system and will be designed to the Silver LEED® 3.0 certification level.
