Mr. Gyles brings to his position as Director of Pennsylvania Operations 30 years of experience in the design of highway and transportation facilities. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pennsylvania bridge and highway groups as well as directing major project efforts. Mr. Gyles is particularly knowledgeable in PENNDOT requirements and procedures through his successful completion of numerous transportation studies and highway improvement projects throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gyles holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Temple University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
