Mr. Branyan has over 13 years of experience as a highway engineer. He specializes in bridge inspection and analysis, public and private construction inspection, highway design and rehabilitation, and traffic accident reconstruction. His bridge inspection training includes NBIS Safety Inspection of Bridges, PennDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector training, and Fracture Critical Certification Training.

Mr. Branyan holds a MCE in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Temple University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.
