Mr. Boyer has more than 27 years of experience in the design, planning, and management of various transportation projects. He is responsible for quality control and overseeing budgets and schedules for all transportation projects in Ohio. Mr. Boyer holds a Level 2 Bridge Design as well Minor Bridge Inspection Prequalification from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). He is well versed in bridge and roadway design, bridge hydraulics, and maintenance of traffic alternatives. He has designed and managed a variety of projects for ODOT and various counties throughout the State of Ohio.

Mr. Boyer holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio. He is also an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and serves on the Ohio State University Civil Engineering Alumni Board.
