Mr. Hood has 24 years of experience in construction contract administration, project management, and construction inspection as well as geotechnical engineering and materials testing. He has worked on a wide variety of projects for various municipalities in Central Ohio, including many projects for the City of Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Hood holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio.
